Nyhavn

Nyhavn is a canal built by King Christian V in 1670, leading from Copenhagen Harbor to Kongens Nytorv. It is one of the oldest parts of the harbor. Today you will find many fine wooden vessels moored in the canal. There are also many colorful houses along the side canal. Today most of these houses are restaurants and a popular spot for both locals and tourists in the summer time.
